Rebecca Godfrey's first book, THE TORN SKIRT, had some positive buzz, and she's now written a book about a real crime that garnered quite a bit of media attention (righfully so).
UNDER THE BRIDGE: THE TRUE STORY OF THE MURDER OF REENA VIRK has received a postive review in last Saturday's Globe and Mail. It's an important case, and I'm glad the story has been told in such a non-sensational manner.
I now have two books of Godfrey's on my TBR pile.
Tania, I just saw something on TV a few weeks back about the Reena Virk case. It was absolutely chilling. Thanks for the heads-up about the book. I don't much go for true crime, but I would like to read this one.
